Short answer
For most buyers, Lahore, Islamabad–Rawalpindi and Karachi are the deepest, most liquid property markets in Pakistan. Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala and Peshawar offer lower entry prices and growing planned societies, but with thinner resale markets. The 'best' city depends on whether you want rental income, long-term capital growth or a home to live in.
